Ghosts of Downtown 2019 Short Story Writing Event

Stories of hauntings and strange goings-on abound throughout Colorado Springs history. Here is an opportunity to add your own spin on the area’s creepy past. PPW has partnered with Downtown Colorado Springs to conduct this event. PPW member writers  are invited to submit short ghost stories (500 words maximum) about historic buildings, events, or prominent people from our city’s past. These stories will be interpreted by actors leading visitors on ghost tours of downtown throughout October. Submissions are due by September 15, 2019. Guidelines can be found here.
